How to Extend the Life of Your Hearing Aid Battery

After you take the tab off a new hearing aid battery, let the battery sit for 2 minutes before inserting it into the hearing aid.  This allows the battery to come to full life and can extend the life of the battery from 6 to 18 hours.   If you are in the middle of a conversation or at a concert and can not wait the 2 minutes, it doesn’t hurt the hearing aid, the battery just won’t last as long.
